The Salmon Leap Restaurant offers a great value, contemporary and enjoyable dining experience!
Following a recent refurbishment, the surroundings are now very contemporary in style, with low-level lighting, comfortable seating, and dark wooden tables. Expect friendly, yet very polished service. Our Table D'hote style menus are updated daily, and we also offer a full A la Carte so that you can enjoy the very best spectrum of fresh, simple, yet stylish Scottish based dishes. Please let us know about any allergies and dietary requirements and we will always be happy to offer alternatives.
Our enthusiastic kitchen team crafts an interesting mix of dishes, with some traditional Scottish fayre that has stood the test of time, as well as appealing internatrional dishes using the best local produce, and some speciality imports.
What's on offer?
Breakfast:
Continental and full Scottish breakfast buffet is available each morning with a selection of cereals, breads, fruits, cheeses and juices, and then onto a fine selection of freshly cooked hot items to get the day started!
Lunch and Dinner:
A mixture of fine Scottish and international meats, poultry, game, fish and vegetarian dishes, prepared from Scotland’s Fresh Natural Larder, are served for lunch and dinner on our stylish menu.
All day snacks and mouth watering light bites:
Enjoy from 12 noon until 10pm every day in our spacious Lounge and Conservatory, a delightful contemporary and stylish area with real fires, where a range of snacks, sandwiches and cakes are served.
Room Service:
24 hour limited room service is available. A range of hot and cold food from 12 noon until 10pm, and snacks at any time.
