Our pool, gymnasium, fitness facilities and classes

The Relax Health Club offers first class facilities in a high quality environment and is open to private members and residential hotel guests. We also offer daily guest fees at £8.00 per adult and £4.00 per child.

Located within the peaceful grounds of the Buchanan Arms, you will find a whole range of facilities, fitness programmes and exercise classes for all ages. Our staff are dedicated to helping you get fit, relax and unwind in the comfortable environment of a modern, attractive health club, and will be on hand to advise the correct and safe usage of all equipment.

Our recently refurbished facilities include:

• 14 x 8m heated swimming pool
• Jacuzzi
• Sauna
• Steam room
• Fitness studio with a full programme of classes
• Squash court (limited times only, equipment not included)
• Gym with the latest cardio-vascular and resistance equipment
• Personal fitness planning and one-to-one training
• Health & beauty treatment rooms
• Modern changing rooms with high-pressure showers
• Seating area with drinks and snacks served all day
• Free towel hire to all members and hotel guests

Staying fit has never been easier - we know you will be impressed with the Relax Health Club.

Open daily from 7am to 10pm, except Saturdays when we close at 9pm.

If you enjoy your visit to the Club and don't live too far away, full membership is available, including family, student and off-peak rates.
