As our rates often improve the longer the stay, it would be impossible to show all permutations in a web tariff.  On our check availability system on each page, select your dates, and check best rate and availability for the type of hotel room you prefer. 

Also to assist you prior to booking, an up to date indication of our best available rates will be displayed on the home page of the hotel website.  It is only right that you should have a firm idea of our best available rates before you check availability and enter the booking process.

From time to time, we have special offers and deals, exclusive to the website – do check our special offers section regularly.

For payment by credit/debit card, we accept American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Euro/MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Maestro and Switch/Solo. We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Check in is from 3pm onwards.  Guests should check out by 11am.

Booking Conditions

All bookings made direct will require a deposit of £25.00 per person to secure.  Deposits are non refundable and non transferable in the event of a cancellation.

All online bookings require a credit card guarantee.  Debit cards cannot be used to secure a reservation but can be used to settle accounts on departure. We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards.

Some of our best deals may require full pre-payment at time of booking.  

The booking policies and cancellation terms applicable to each available rate are clearly stated in our online reservation system.
