Testimonials
"Ian Macleod Distillers Ltd, owners of Glengoyne Distillery held their inaugural Distributor Conference in March 2009. It would have been very easy for us to have picked a large hotel for our first conference. With Glengoyne Distillery close to the Loch Lomond National Park, we wanted to show case what a beautiful part of Scotland our delegates were visiting. We decided to accommodate our international delegates at a local, friendly, traditional Scottish hotel that offered high quality service. We wanted a smaller hotel that offered our delegates that personal touch, while still close to Glengoyne Distillery. The Buchanan Arms ticked the boxes.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were bright, clean and tidy and the traditional local Scottish breakfast served each morning was enjoyed by all. The lounge and reception area have recently undergone a stylish makeover and with the peat fires lit in the lounge each evening this added to the welcoming cosy atmosphere.
Thank you to all the team at the Buchanan Arms for an excellent job!"
